The house is designed by using its topography and it is located on a cliff overlooking to the ocean. The entrance floor consists of a garden, a swimming pool and the leisure areas. The bedroom floor is designed as concrete box that is overhanging the ground floor, producing shade and roof for the outdoor kitchen and living area. At the end of this floor is a spacious balcony overlooking the sea like a lifeguard’s shed. The half dug ground floor includes parking, a screening room and a wine cellar.
